Legal Blast!
October 27, '09: It's not over yet........
Regarding the ongoing saga between yours truly and Retromedia Entertainment Inc., it is strikingly clear to me now and surely to many readers that, without a lawyer, justice is a fallacy and nonexistent.
When a court and the office of the District Attorney ignore perjury, stating it is not a crime in California, it seems very interesting since according to all laws I have read, giving false information to a court of law and lying under oath is indeed a crime with severe punishment attached, including jail time.
But that's all hearsay, right?
Well, in order to make my point, the solution is very simple. Let's just publish the underlying documentation and put the material facts all out on the table. That's what I have decided to do. I believe more in the court of public opinion than I do in our just and beautiful system of justice.
In view of recent events, it may even be prudent of myself to just publish the entire court file in sequential order and let the readers at large form their own opinion over just what the hell this crap is all about. On the other hand, it could make a great soap opera or con artist mystery novel of greed, crime, deceit, fraud and conspiracy, which as a whole may even make for a good movie script.
It is amazing to me — and to those that have been close to this ongoing controversy and/or even have been injured by the fraudulent and malicious practices of Retromedia and Fred Olen Ray — how easy it is to operate under the umbrella of the law and commit fraud — if not crimes — and get away with it. After all, the scheme was played out right under the eyes of the umbrella of the law and an upstanding arbitrator and court, who would never think of doing anything that is not righteous or represents justice.
Of course, if someone wants to believe that — that there is justice — far be it from me to attempt to change their minds. Unfortunately or fortunately, I am from the old school where one is supposed to put faith into the court, the judge and the system of justice as a whole. But that would be like putting faith in the belief that every American will have a job before Christmas and we will never have to pay taxes again.
Wow, that really would be wishful thinking.
Look for the next chapter titled: Retro and me.... continued....
